製作流程:

  1. Make chicken roulade with latik stuffing, roll tight using saran wrap
  2. Boil for 20min, remove plastic wrap after boiling
  3. Sear, roll with zucchini and torch
  4. For sauce, make gulai base using paste and coconut cream
  5. pour into siphon, charge with NOE, and serve warm
  6. Garnish with sautéed baby corn, mushroom, barley & multi-color corn, cherry tomato, cauliflower purea, serenading and oils, and tuile.
