作法

  1. Cut ingredient into appropriate portion, panfried shiitake mushroom aside.
  2. Stuffed shiitake mushroom and foie gras slice in up-layer of chicken leg
  3. Panfried chicken leg into golden color
  4. Marinade shredded chicken then filled the blue cheese to make meat ball
  5. Deep-fried meat ball
  6. Sautéed pasta  with chicken trimming and basil cream sauce
  7. Sautéed seasonal vegetable
  8. Presentation
